Last night members of the Ninewells team attended the coveted Cambridge Property Awards, and it was a night to remember for both Hill and Ninewells! The atmosphere was electric and the setting of Ely Cathedral was jaw dropping. Once the dinner was done and the coffee was served, the awards were in full swing. Ian Moore, our host for the evening started the proceedings with Hill’s first win for the evening for the Environmental Award; for our new development Virido, located in Great Kneighton. Virido is a collection of 208 unique homes built to Code 5 that offer a more sustainable lifestyle – you can find out more information here.
But the wins did not end there! Ninewells went on to be awarded Large Development of the Year, beating off competition from the likes of Countryside’s Aura and Abode developments and Cala Homes’ new scheme at Great Kneighton. And just when we thought the night could not get any better, Hill was awarded Developer of the Year for the second year running.
It’s such a honour to be recognised for these achievements on our home patch and we are delighted to see Ninewells pick up yet another award.
